Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director

Mr. Arun Kumar Jain aged about 49 Years is a Commerce Graduate from Kanpur University. He started his career as an entrepreneur and is a founder Director of Premier Bars Limited to give a shape to his idea under the visionary leadership of his father, Late Shri Pawan Kumar Jain with an idea to cater the needs of construction and infrastructure related industry by manufacturing Reinforcement steel bars, Steel tubular pipes, precast concrete, Scaffolding & Formwork System. He initiated Premier’s backward integration journey – from TMT Bars to Billets, going upstream into production of octagonal high mast poles and Telecom Towers. He created multiple new world-class manufacturing facilities involving diverse technologies that have raised Premier’s manufacturing capacities from 30,000 metric tonnes to more than 1,50,000 metric tonnes per year.

He is techno-commercially sound and has knowledge of almost all fields relating to hydraulics, pneumatics, Electronics, Mechanical and Electricals. Being the person with vast knowledge and expertise, he brings the diversified experiences and integrity to the Board of the Company which will help the Company to grow in the better way ahead and pave its way for new opportunities by entering into new Divisions and excel in the competitive industry.

He has also been awarded by “Outstanding Businessman Industrialists Professional Award” by Centre for Bharatiya Marketing Development & Laghu Udyog Bharti in year 2004. Also, he has been recognized at various Forums such as “Good Borrower” in the year 2008 by Rajasthan Financial Corporation for making timely clearing of their dues/credit facilities.

Mr. Jain is a young, forward looking and an innovative member of EO. He is a Member of Jaipur Club and Cawnpore Club Ltd, Young Indians, CII and Jain Social Group Gem City, Jaipur. He is also a Member of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Charter member of TIE, Jaipur. Mr. Jain is a Member of Ishrae, Member of IGBC and Vice Chairman of Bagru Industrial Association. He is a leader with a continuous learning trait and awarded by IIM Ahmadabad.

Ashish Agarwal, Independent Director

Mr. Ashish Agarwal is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Calcutta University. He is currently associated with Rupa & Company Limited, Kolkata as an Assistant Manager in Export & Accounts. He possesses a very rich experience in the fields of Finance, Internal Control, Risk Assessment and Risk Management, Accounting and Auditing Standards, Company Law matters and Taxation. He was previously associated with Balaji Group, Kolkata Accounts Manager for 8 years. He has also previously held the position of a Senior Accounts Executive at M/s. S. L. Dugar & Co., Chartered Accountants, Kolkata. At present, he is also a Designated Partner in Durakart Dealtrade LLP and Bhawtarini Vanijya LLP.
